Fall Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Pops

I love Fall and I love Marshmallow Pops. Over the weekend I decided to make some for my Safari Themed Baby Shower. The harvest colors fit right in with my theme. I used Kraft Jet-Puffed Swirl Mallows with Caramel and Vanilla and Chocolate Vanilla. I started off with some Wilton melting chocolates in a double boiler. This is so easy that I had my almost 5 year old help me put them together.

The most important thing I learned when making these things is that you have to dip the lollipop stick in chocolate before you stick it on the marshmallow. This totally acts like glue.
You then carefully dip the marshmallows in the melted chocolate and then you dip them in sprinkles.

I also made some s'more pops with crushed graham crackers and mini Kraft Marshmallows. I think I am going to be on the lookout for some more of these flavored marshmallows so I can make holiday gifts for her teachers.
