A few times a year (for about the past 6 or 7 years) have what we call Wine Pairing Parties. We cook some great food and pair some wonderful wines with it. We have so much wine now that it takes a party like this one to get our inventory low. We had a smaller crowd than usual. There were only about 7 of us. We have had up to 15 people at them before. This theme was Santa Maria BBQ. We had Tri Tip, Pinquito beans, Texas toast, linguica and a few other things.
